It is a non-governmental non-profit organisation registered in 2008 with the aim to develop capacities among young people, implement peer education programmes, promote intercultural values, democracy, inclusion of minority groups, human rights, as well as active participation of young people at all levels of social life through activities such as workshops, trainings, seminars, youth exchanges, lectures, conferences at different levels, with focus on working with children and youth, organising youth clubs and cultural clubs.

It promotes human rights and supports the active participation of young people. The mission of KOM 018 is to empower young people to actively participate in community life and to solve their problems and needs in order to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of young people and the local community.
